Shipping

Orders generally dispatch the following business day, but during peak periods that time may be delayed by a day or two. You will receive parcel tracking information when your package dispatches.

Delivery within Poland (door to door) is included in the price.

Delivery for all other destinations is calculated at the checkout.

Our pick-up location is based in our Warsaw office. 

So we can ensure your order is ready, please contact us prior to arrange a pickup. Our pick-up times are Mon-Fri between 9am-3pm, excluding public holidays.

Buyers will receive full tracking information by email and/or text message and be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number.

We are unable to change the shipping/delivery address once orders have been dispatched and allocated a tracking number. Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment. Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid. A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are returned due to incorrect delivery address.

No. Your item will be sent via courier or Australia Post depending on its size and weight.

If your shipping address is in EU the VAT tax is included in your order. Outside EU we will charge only the net value of the purchase but taxes and duties will be charged by customs agency before delivery.
